Lost Lands Returns In 2021

Lost Lands Fam,

There is no place we’d rather be this fall than with all of you in the prehistoric paradise we’ve all come to call home these past few years. As much as we wanted to bring the Headbanger community together after a long and difficult year, due to the ongoing pandemic, we are not able to create the best festival experience for all of you or uphold our most sacred responsibility of keeping you safe. We will be spending the next year working tirelessly on bringing back the Lost Lands you all know and love on September 24th-26th, 2021.

If you have a ticket for Lost Lands 2020 and you would like to keep your ticket for 2021, no action is required. For anyone who prefers to return their ticket for a full refund, you will have a 30-day window to do so.

If you currently have an incomplete payment plan and would like to keep your ticket, payments are now paused and will resume on Feb 1st, 2021. If you would like to refund your incomplete payment plan, you will also have a 30-day window to do so.

Refunds will be available June 26th through July 27th, 2020. Front Gate Tickets will be sending full instructions via email to all ticket purchasers. If you need additional assistance, please reach out to [email protected]

TICKET INFORMATION

With the news of this year’s postponement comes two options for members for all Lost Lands 2020 ticket purchasers:

1. Retain your tickets for Lost Lands 2021. No action is required.

2. Submit for a refund.

All ticket purchasers will be contacted via email within the next 48 hours. Keep an eye out for an email from Front Gate Tickets with instructions on claiming a refund.

How To Request a Refund

You will have from June 26th, 2020 until July 27th, 2020 at 11:59pm ET to claim a refund. All tickets that have not been submitted for a refund by this time will be automatically pushed to 2021, and refunds will no longer be available. All refunds will be processed in as little as 30 days from when the request period ends.

Please follow these instructions:

1. Visit Lost Lands Tickets and log into your Front Gate Tickets account.

2. Select “Order History” under the “Your Account” tab on the top navigation bar.

3. Select “View Order Detail” on the order number you wish to have refunded.

4. Click the “Request Refund” button at the top of your order details.

FAQ

I would like to keep my tickets for 2021. Do I need to do anything?

Awesome! No action is required. Your current purchase will be valid for 2021.

How do I request a refund?

You will have from June 26th, 2020 until July 27th, 2020 at 11:59pm ET to claim a refund. When will I receive my refund?

All refunds will be processed within 30 days after July 27th, 2020.

Can I get refunded for only part of my order?

No. If you submit for a refund, you will be refunded for your entire order including fees.

Can I buy tickets for Lost Lands 2021?

Not yet, we are temporarily pausing all ticket sales. We will make an announcement when we are back on sale for 2021.

I’m in the middle of a Payment Plan, how am I affected?

All Payment Plans are paused until February 1st, 2021.

If you would like to keep your ticket, no action is required, simply keep your payment method active. We will send reminders and a revised schedule as we get closer to that date. You can also continue making payments or completing your plan anytime by logging into your Front Gate Tickets account.

If you would like a refund, you can submit for a refund through Frontgate per the instructions in their email. You will be refunded for the full amount that you have paid thus far including all fees. You will not be charged any cancellation fees.

Someone I know bought my ticket for me, what should I do?

Refunds must be requested by the original purchaser by logging into their account. If you are listed as an alternate on the order, it is okay for you to log in and request. Refunds will be issued to the method of payment used for the original purchase.

I have a different credit/debit card now than when I purchased. Can I still be refunded?

If the original card used for purchase has expired or been updated, the refund should still be processed through the account used to purchase. No additional action is needed by the original purchaser. If your credit card used for purchase has been canceled or is now expired, the bank or credit card company will normally reroute the credit amount issued to the current account or card for use. Please do not send any credit card or account information via email to Lost Lands or Front Gate Tickets directly.

I bought tickets from a 3rd party, now what?

Only primary ticket purchasers via Front Gate Tickets will receive a refund. Tickets from other websites or resellers cannot be verified by the festival or our official ticketing partner, Front Gate Tickets.

Can I get a refund for my Shuttle Pass(es)?

2020 Shuttle purchases will be automatically refunded by Bus.com. Reach out directly to [email protected] with any issues.

Can I get a refund for my Hotel room(s)?

Refunds will be made at the hotel’s discretion. If you have made a non-refundable booking, then we cannot guarantee you will be refunded. However, most hotels have been accommodating during this time. See Hotel Information from our booking partners.
