WHAT TYPES OF TICKETS SHOULD I BUY?

FESTIVAL ADMISSION: All guests must purchase GA or VIP Admission no matter what.

CAMPING PASSES: If you are camping with a group, one camping pass is required per group, NOT per person. See Camping Passes.

EARLY ENTRY: To make your 3-day festival experience into 4 or 5 days, purchase the Wednesday Early Entry or Thursday Early Entry pass. Upon purchase, all of your festival, camping and parking passes will be automatically be extended to 4 days (Thursday - Sunday) or 5 days (Wednesday - Sunday).

OVERNIGHT WEEKEND PARKING: Purchase a parking pass to park your car at our overnight lot anytime throughout the festival.

IS MY 2020 TICKET VALID?

If you have already purchased your Lost Lands 2020 tickets in full and did not request a refund, your tickets have been rolled over to 2021 and no action is needed. See you in September!

Tickets for the 2021 scheduled event will automatically be mailed in the future to the original shipping address on the order. (Fulfillment will begin 4-6 weeks out from the festival). Tickets for 2021 will automatically be mailed to the original shipping address on the order. Fulfillment will begin 4-6 weeks out from the festival. You can update your address anytime before fulfillment begins by logging into your Frontgate Tickets Account.

DO I STILL OWE MONEY ON MY 2020 PAYMENT PLAN?

If you had 2020 tickets on a Payment Plan and you did not pay it off in full, you will need to continue payments according to your Payment Plan’s new schedule for 2021. You must finish paying your tickets off in order to have them be valid for use in 2021.

Payments will resume on May 3rd, 2021. We STRONGLY recommend that you log into your account and check your payment information so you can stay up to date with payments and remain on track to attend Lost Lands 2021. Simply follow these instructions:


  1. Visit Lost Lands Tickets and log into your Front Gate Tickets account.

  2. Select “Order History” under the “Your Account” tab on the top navigation bar.

  3. Select "Manage Layaway Plan" on the order number you wish to have refunded.

  4. Click the "Update Payment" to view or update your payment method.

  5. You can also retry the last payment, make a new payment on your own timeline, or completely pay off your order in full.



When logged into your account, you can also view the full revised payment schedule. As a reminder, payments are processed automatically from Front Gate Tickets on the date listed and to the method of payment in your file.

Can I Upgrade my 2020 Purchase?

We do not have specific upgrade options available, however, we encourage you to buy the ticket you wish to upgrade to. After that, reach out to [email protected] or [email protected] to let us know. Once we verify the information and new purchase, we can refund the original order. Voila, you’re upgraded!

I can’t find my 2020 order, it’s not there when I log in!

Your Front Gate Tickets account may be tied to an old email or one you don’t use often. Please check all possible email addresses your ticket order may be associated with. Search your inboxes for “Your Lost Lands Receipt” or the sender [email protected] If you think you might have logged in with Facebook, use the email that is tied to your Facebook account.

What is the difference between the tiers for tickets? Will I be separated from my friends if I bought a ticket in a different tier?

The only difference regarding “tiers” is the price. Once one tier sells out, the ticket price goes up for the next tier. To get the best price, we suggest you buy your tickets as early as possible. Quantities per tier are limited per tier.

CAN I STILL REFUND MY 2020 TICKET? I CAN NO LONGER ATTEND.

The refund request window for 2020 purchases has closed as of July 27th, 2020. Tickets for Lost Lands 2021 are no longer able to be refunded.

WHAT IS THE AGE REQUIREMENT?

All guests must be 18+ by the day you arrive at the festival. Please bring a government-issued photo ID.

All ticket types, including VIP, are available to all attendees.

ARE THERE SINGLE DAY PASSES?

No, only weekend passes are available. The Wednesday and Thursday Early Entry Camping Passes must be accompanied by a weekend pass.

CAN I ATTEND ONLY ON WEDNESDAY OR THURSDAY?

No. All guests must have both a 3-day Festival Admission wristband AND an Early Entry pass on Wednesday or Thursday. Early Entry passes & festival admission tickets are sold separately.

DO GA OR VIP TICKETS INCLUDE CAMPING?

No, camping must be purchased separately. A separate Early Entry pass is also required for each person if arriving Wednesday or Thursday. See below for more details.

WHEN WILL WRISTBANDS AND CAMPING PASSES BE MAILED?

Wristbands and camping passes will be mailed out in batches starting 4-6 weeks before the event. You will receive an email notification when your tickets ship.

If you do not receive your wristbands for any reason, please contact Front Gate Tickets directly to arrange for new wristbands to be mailed (time permitting) or to set up pick up at will call.

WHAT IS THE LAST DAY TO BUY TICKETS TO HAVE THEM SHIPPED TO ME?

CAN I CHANGE MY ADDRESS?

All ticketing information including your name, address, card on file, etc. can be changed by logging into your Front Gate account.

THE POSTAL CARRIER LOST MY ORDER. WHAT DO I DO?

No worries, please contact Front Gate tickets directly. We’ll get it sorted out!

WHAT IS YOUR REFUND POLICY?

Lost Lands is a rain or shine event. All sales are final.

Camping FAQ

IMPORTANT CAMPING RULES:

  • No reserving spots. If your group wants to park multiple camping vehicles next to each other, all vehicles must arrive together, no exceptions.
  • There is no re-entry for camping vehicles.
  • See a staff member if you need to exit with your vehicle before the festival ends.
  • For your safety, when the festival ends Sunday night, camping vehicles will not be able to leave until 6am Monday morning at the earliest.
  • All vehicles and campers will be searched before entry into the campgrounds.
  • All campers must be wearing Lost Lands 2021 festival wristbands
  • If arriving before Friday, all campers must have Wednesday Early Entry or Thursday Early Entry

DOES A CAMPING PASS INCLUDE A FESTIVAL ADMISSION TICKET?

No, GA and VIP festival admission is also required and must be purchased separately. A camping pass does not solely permit entry. See above for more ticket details.

A separate Early Entry pass is also required for each person if arriving Wednesday and/or Thursday.

WHAT KIND OF VEHICLE CAN I BRING TO CAMP?

If you purchased a Car Camping pass, you can camp with a standard car, SUV or standard size truck no larger than 22’ in length.

To camp with an RV you must purchase an RV camping pass. RV spots can only be used by RVs, no other vehicles permitted.

CAN I COME JUST TO CAMP AND NOT ATTEND THE FESTIVAL?

All guests must have both a festival admission pass AND camping pass to access the campgrounds. A camping pass does not solely permit entry. Note: some campgrounds require a special ticket or wristband to access.

What is the policy on prescription drugs?

We are required to carefully scrutinize the entrance of commonly abused prescription drugs to the festival. For these commonly abused prescription drugs, anyone needing prescription medicine at the festival must present the pharmacy-labeled container which states the prescription, dosage, and patient name to our medical staff at each entrance gate. Patrons are only allowed a sufficient supply of commonly abused prescription medication for the festival and travel days according to the prescribed dosing schedule.

DO YOU NEED A CAR TO CAMP?

Car Camping space must have at least 1 sleeping tent inside it. If you are using a Car Camping spot without a car, we encourage you to put multiple sleeping tents in that space. Car Camping spaces that do not have a sleeping tent on them will be condensed.

I DON'T HAVE A CAR, CAN I GET A RIDE TO MY CAMPSITE?

You can get dropped off at the Rideshare lot by any rideshare, Uber, Lyft or Taxi. Check your map to make sure your driver takes you to the correct lot. After arriving at the camping gates you will be subject to a security check and must bring your equipment to your campsite on foot. We recommend a small wagon to make traveling to your camping spot easier.

IS IT ONE CAMPING PASS PER CAR, OR PER PERSON?

You only need one camping pass per car/campsite. Please note, if you want to have more than 1 car together and camp with your friends, each car must have a camping pass and arrive together at the same time. No exceptions.

CAN I BRING A TRAILER INTO THE CAMPGROUND OR PARKING?

We do not allow any type of towed trailer in any camping area with the exception of an actual camper in RV camping only.

I AM ARRIVING SOLO TO THE CAMPGROUNDS AFTER MY FRIENDS ARRIVE TOGETHER IN A CAR, CAN I COME IN?

Yes, but you will still need to pass through the camping security check. Be sure to coordinate with your friends the location of their site before you enter, or set a time for them to come meet you!

IF I HAVE A CAR CAMPING PASS AND MY FRIENDS COME IN A SEPARATE CAR, CAN WE STILL CAMP TOGETHER IN ONE CAMP SITE?

Yes, your friends must purchase the Weekend Long Overnight Parking Pass and park in the designated lot, then they can walk to your campsite on foot. Alternatively, if you want to camp with multiple vehicles next to each other, make sure all camping vehicles arrive at the same time. If your vehicles arrive separately you will not be able to camp together. Each vehicle must have the same type of camping pass.

DOES EVERYONE IN MY CAMP NEED EARLY ENTRY?

If you plan on arriving on Wednesday or Thursday, each individual person in your group needs to purchase an Early Entry pass AND a festival admission wristband. You only need ONE camping pass per vehicle, but EVERYONE needs an Early Entry pass. If you come early and 1 person can’t arrive until Friday, that person does not need an early access pass, only the people arriving Thursday.

WE RAN OUT OF SUPPLIES, CAN I LEAVE AND RE-ENTER?

First, check the new and improved General Store in the campgrounds, we will have all the essentials.

There are NO vehicle in and out privileges from the campgrounds. If a car leaves the campgrounds, it will not be permitted back into the campgrounds.

If you anticipate having to move your car before the festival ends, we recommend using the overnight parking lot and choose a Tent Camping option.

ARE THERE INS AND OUTS?

There are NO vehicle in and out privileges from the campgrounds. If a car leaves the campgrounds, it will not be permitted back into the campgrounds.

Vehicles may exit and re-enter the overnight parking lot once per day.

ARE THERE ADA ACCOMMODATIONS?

DOES EVERY PERSON THAT ARRIVES IN THE CAR WITH ME ALSO HAVE TO HAVE A TICKET TO GET INTO THE CAMPGROUNDS?

Yes. Every person that arrives in your vehicle must have a Lost Lands wristband to enter the campground or the festival.

ARE WE ALLOWED TO SLEEP IN OUR CARS/OVER-SIZED VANS?

If you are parked in the overnight parking lot, sleeping in your car is strictly prohibited.

In the campgrounds, you are allowed to sleep in your camping vehicles, however, this can be a serious health risk. We do not advise this for anyone.

WILL THERE BE A GENERAL STORE IN THE CAMPING AREA?

Yes! The central General Store in the Village Marketplace will be open 24 hours. Other General Stores will post their hours. Items you can purchase include basic camping goods, water, ice, snacks, basic first aid items, toiletries, feminine products, and a lot more.

Long Haul Shuttles FAQ

WHAT DO I NEED TO BRING TO BOARD THE SHUTTLE?

Just bring yourself, your shuttle pass, your ID, and everything you need for the weekend. Don’t forget your Lost Lands wristband!

WHAT IS THE LATEST I CAN BUY A SHUTTLE PASS?

Sales end when a shuttle has sold out, or 24 hours before departure, whichever happens first. Purchase well in advance to guarantee your spot!

CAN I CHANGE MY TICKET TO A DIFFERENT TIME?

Yes, if there is room on the trip you want to switch to. Please email [email protected] to change.

IS THERE ENOUGH ROOM FOR ALL MY CAMPING GEAR?

Yes, all of our shuttles set aside seats or use storage compartments below the bus for gear and luggage. Please limit your gear to one large bag/suitcase, standard camping equipment and a cooler.

ARE SHUTTLES ADA ACCESSIBLE?

ADA accessible shuttles are available upon request. Please email [email protected] to let us know which event you're headed to as well as what date and time you'll be traveling with us so we can arrange the right vehicle.

Please note that ADA requests must be made a minimum of 2 weeks prior to the start date of the event. Let them know as soon as you book your shuttle pass!
