Lost Lands Fam,
As we prepare for our 8th Lost Lands, we want to first extend our gratitude and appreciation for everybody who has ever been to the festival. Seeing this community grow together has been a remarkable privilege for everyone on our team and we are so excited to welcome you back this year!
For those who joined us in 2024, we hope you enjoyed the biggest and most visible venue upgrades like the Crater Stage area and the new tunnel passage between the campgrounds and festival grounds.
We are always looking to further improve and refine the Lost Lands experience. A special thank you to those who filled out our survey, it is always incredibly helpful in preparing for the year ahead. We’ve been carefully reviewing all of your feedback, and are excited to share these updates for Lost Lands 2025 with you!
TICKET PRICING
We are excited to announce that prices during on-sale weekend will match 2024 pricing across all ticket types, including all admission, camping and parking types.
We appreciate our returning Lost Lands fam! $25 loyalty codes will be sent to 2024 wristband registrants, valid for one-time use on GA or VIP admission through Sunday, January 19th.
PAYMENT PLANS
Flexible payment plans will be available on all ticket and camping options. This is an easy way to secure your Lost Lands adventure and pay over time! You’ll be able to lock in your ticket and camping passes for just $50 during on-sale weekend only, before payment plan deposits increase on Monday.
New this year, we’re offering a 10-part payment plan that will feature our lowest payment installments yet!
HOTEL PACKAGES
Not into camping? Our Headbanger Hotel Packages are a great option! This year’s program features new hotel options in the greater Columbus area. All packages include your festival admission, exclusive shuttle service to and from the venue, and more!
VENUE UPDATES
In 2024 we focused on critical infrastructure improvements, including the new tunnel passage between the campgrounds and festival venue and the new Crater stage area. This year our focus is on your overall experience as an attendee. In 2025, you can expect:
- Additional experiential and interactive activations inside the festival grounds.
- A dedicated area of the Village Marketplace offering an expanded selection of healthier food options, including non-alcoholic/mocktail beverages, and vegan, vegetarian and gluten free meals.
- A new in-venue dining experience featuring a menu curated by a special guest chef.
- An expanded area for the Crater stage with improved terrain.
- Additional seating near Wompy Woods VIP, Subsidia stage, Prehistoric stage and more.
We took substantial measures to mitigate the effects of the unusual drought conditions last year, which required significant logistical adjustments by our team leading up to and during the event. We learned a lot from this experience and will be better prepared should we face drought and fire ban conditions again.
PRODUCTION
The inability to use flames and fireworks required us to quickly make production changes, resulting in the debut Lost Lands drone show experience. In 2025 we are planning to bring back the flame, fireworks and yes—drones!
It was great to see the epic response to the new Crater Stage. We are planning on keeping all of the best parts and expanding the area in 2025. We are also looking at new terrain options to mitigate dust and improve walkability. We can’t wait to take our 360 stage to another level!
We have heard your feedback about the sound issues at the Prehistoric and Wompy Woods stages. We plan to resolve these issues by changing the stage designs and adding a significant amount of speaker towers throughout the crowd, along with other upgrades, to deliver the powerful Lost Lands sound experience you expect.
CAMPGROUND UPDATES
We are excited to introduce a new camping area to the Lost Lands campgrounds this year! Camp Dino Divas is a designated camping area for femme-identifying Lost Lands attendees and will be located in GA Car camping. It will be sold as its own pass type, with a limited number of spaces available.
Our Discovery Center activity programming continues to grow each year. We plan to continue expanding this program in 2025 with more activities and workshops, including more workshops curated for specific community groups.
As we continue to add new areas to our campgrounds we know how important it is to be able to find your way around, so we will be adding more signage and lighting throughout the campgrounds.
ADA
We’re committed to providing a better experience for fans with disabilities. We’re pleased to introduce new ADA camping passes that will allow us to provide necessary improvements with our accommodations. These passes will be available at on sale.
GLAMPING EXPERIENCE
In 2024 we introduced a new Village Glamping area to expand the availability of Glamping options for fans. This year, we are working on a few changes to improve the experience for all Glampers, including:
- An add-on option for air conditioned bell tents, available at a future date. We will reach out to Glamping purchasers with additional details.
- Glamping for 2 will receive a $100 food vendor gift card, and Glamping for 4 will receive a $200 food vendor gift card. These cards can be used at any food vendor in the campground and festival areas.
- Dedicated vendor section within Glamping areas with a wide selection of high-end food choices.
- Complimentary bottled water and coffee station.
- More signage within Glamping areas to make finding amenities easier
- Improved facility maintenance and upkeep
- Free 24-hour showers
VIP EXPERIENCE
We plan to improve the VIP experience this year with the following changes:
- Adjusting the location of the re-entry gate into Prehistoric VIP to avoid congestion.
- Adding more food vendors inside Wompy Woods VIP.
- More seating availability at Wompy Woods VIP.
- Increasing the supply of the most popular items and adding to the VIP exclusive merch collection.
Plus, all the VIP amenities you love like massage, body painting, beauty bar and more will be back for 2025!
MERCH
To make sure everyone has a chance to grab their favorite merch items, we’re adding purchase limits on the most popular items this year. We’re also making improvements to the artist merch tent to help things move faster.
SHUTTLES
We will be increasing the amount of shuttles going to and from the South Parking lot to reduce wait times, and implementing better line control in Lot A parking. We will also be adding more signage in the shuttle pickup and drop-off areas, including signage that makes it clear where each bus is heading before boarding.
TEXT LINE
We always appreciate feedback from attendees, both on site and after the event. We will be expanding the usage of our live text line during the festival and creating more awareness of it so that we can resolve issues even faster this year.
