Lost Lands Fam,
We are so excited to be embarking on our 9th year of Lost Lands! Thank you to every single person who has joined us on this journey over the years. This community has helped shape what Lost Lands is and we are incredibly grateful to be growing alongside you.
We want to give a special shoutout to everybody who completed the post-event survey. This feedback helps us reflect on what went well, figure out what needs to be improved, and keep evolving the festival in ways that actually matter to you! We couldn’t put this event together without your valuable input and we were happy to see so many positive comments about the venue additions and campground improvements.
Planning for Lost Lands 2026 is already underway and we’ve got some updates that we are ready to share. Here’s a sneak peek at what’s to come this September!
TICKETS & PAYMENT PLANS
It’s always been a priority for us to keep Lost Lands prices accessible. In 2025 we made some substantial improvements to the venue and overall attendee experience without increasing any pricing. In 2026, we’re continuing to make further upgrades to the venue, campgrounds, and overall experience. To keep up with rising production costs, GA and VIP admission will increase just $25.
Nearly all camping types, as well as all glamping and early entry, will remain the same price as last year!
Flexible payment plans will be available for tickets, camping, and hotel package purchases. The 10-part payment plan, which offers the lowest payment installments, will be available for all orders under $2000. You can secure your Lost Lands 2026 ticket for as low as $50 during the weekend of on sale, extended this year to include the holiday on Monday, January 19th.
Discount Loyalty Codes will be sent to 2025 wristband registrants prior to on sale. These codes are valid for one-time use on an admission ticket, also extended through Monday, January 19th.
PAYMENT PLANS
Flexible payment plans will be available on all ticket and camping options. This is an easy way to secure your Lost Lands adventure and pay over time! You will be able to lock in your ticket and camping passes for just $50 during on-sale weekend only, before payment plan deposits increase on Monday.
New this year, we are offering a 10-part payment plan that will feature our lowest payment installments yet!
VENUE UPDATES
- We expanded the Crater area in 2025 in addition to a number of other improvements, but due to the popularity of the stage, there was still a lot of foot traffic and congestion. We plan to expand the area even more this year with fan movement in mind and work to improve foot traffic at The Crater.
- We are doubling the amount of lockers inside the festival venue to accommodate even more Headbangers.
- We will be adding more shade throughout the venue.
- We were really happy with the success of Chomp, our in venue restaurant. We learned a lot in our first year and are excited to announce that the dining experience will return in 2026! We will be implementing a reservation system to increase efficiency and make sure more attendees are able to enjoy what Chomp has to offer.
- We were happy to see the response to the new interactive activities and activations we added in 2025, and look forward to adding more for 2026!
CAMPGROUND UPDATES
- As we continue to improve and add to the campgrounds, we want to make sure attendees are still able to find their way around easily. We’ll be continuing to add more signage throughout the campgrounds, especially at each nest for quick wayfinding.
- In addition to the 24-hour Glamping showers, we’ll have one 24-hour shower location in GA Car Camping accessible to all campers! To ensure proper maintenance and cleanliness it is necessary to close other shower locations throughout the day.
- We are moving Quiet Camping to a different location to better meet its intended purpose. Check out the updated camping map!
- We are continuing to invest in the food activations that you all enjoyed, such as the Health Oasis, Fossil Fuel and Headbanger Hibachi, and will continue looking into options to elevate the overall food experience at Lost Lands.
- We thoroughly reviewed all of the feedback from our first year of Camp Dino Divas and will be making some changes to the program to better serve the femme-identifying community. Check those details out on the website ahead of on-sale!
GLAMPING
We are pleased to be able to offer all Glamping options at the same on sale prices this year! Most of the changes and improvements made last year were very successful, but we are always looking for ways to continue upgrading the experience.
- New this year, all Glamping passes include Early Entry for Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday at no extra cost!
- Due to increased demand, we have expanded the North Glamping area.
- Climate control options will be available to add to your order at on sale, as well as an add-on option later.
- We are evaluating different shade systems and communal lounge spaces for Glamping areas.
HOTEL PACKAGES
If you want to experience Lost Lands without camping, we’ve got options for you! We’ve expanded our Headbanger Hotel program to include even more hotels. Each package includes your admission to the festival, Thursday early entry & pre-party access, exclusive shuttle services, package exclusive gifts and more!
PARKING & SHUTTLES
Despite the efforts we have made to cut down on the wait to enter the campgrounds and festival on Friday, local rush hour traffic combined with nearby Backwoods Festival in Thornville makes some amount of wait time unavoidable. We’ll be adding more shuttles to combat this as much as possible, but attendees should plan to arrive as early as possible with these factors in mind.
COMMUNITY
- Last year’s phone drive was a massive success! In partnership with GRL GANG, we collected enough cell phones to provide one for every woman at the local domestic violence shelter. We plan to continue to invest in the local community even more this year with additional opportunity to donate to groups in need.
- The Builders Program will be returning in 2026! We’re always inspired by the creativity and artistry of our fellow Headbangers. The program will launch earlier this year to make sure anybody who wants to apply has proper time to do so.
- We are making changes to the Oracle Program. The application process will be improved and started earlier in 2026, and we hope to expand the variety of community-led programming.
We can’t wait to welcome you back to Lost Lands this September 18-20, 2026! We have updated the Lost Lands website with 2026 festival and camping information so you can start planning your prehistoric adventure. All festival, camping tickets, and hotel packages will go on sale this Friday, January 16 at 3pm ET!
