PURCHASING TIPS
- Front Gate Tickets is the official ticketing provider ~ beware of any other sites!
- We are unable to assist orders from Third Party ticket sellers
- Setting up an account in advance can help save you time! If you are planning to purchase Lost Lands tickets at on-sale, visit https://lostlands.frontgatetickets.com, click “Sign In” then “Create Account” to fill out your info beforehand. Items placed in cart are only held for 10 mins.
- Double (and triple) check your cart BEFORE purchasing your tickets to make sure you have selected the correct passes before you checkout
- Do not refresh your browser if you have items carted
- Order confirmation emails will come from [email protected] immediately following your transaction (check spam)
- Beware of any ticket transfers and resellers ~ Front Gate Tickets does not have a formal transfer or resale program
- Tickets are non-transferable; the original purchaser must be the person to pick-up wristbands at Will Call (if option was selected)
- Items purchased separately in separate orders will be shipped separately
- Separate orders cannot be combined
- All attendees must be 18 years of age at the time of the event
TICKETS
- All General Admission and VIP Admission festival tickets are 3-days only (Friday, Saturday, Sunday)
- An admission wristband is ALSO required with an Early Entry pass if you wish to arrive Tuesday, Wednesday, or Thursday
- An Early Entry pass permits entry starting that day through Thursday at 11:59pm
- So a Tuesday Early Entry wristband also includes Wednesday and Thursday
- But a Thursday Early Entry only includes Thursday
- An Early Entry pass includes the Thursday Pre-Party and mega B2B2B2B2!

WRISTBANDS
- Once you tighten your wristband, it will NOT loosen. We do not recommend putting your wristband on until it is time to enjoy the festival.
- All wristbands and camping passes are subject to a $50 replacement fee – no exceptions.
- All wristbands should be worn on your wrist. You will not be allowed entry if your wristband(s) is not on your wrist (no lanyards, carabiners, rings, necklaces, etc.)
- All RFID wristbands are waterproof and can be worn in the shower – no need to take it off!
- Tampering with a wristband of any kind is prohibited and you will not be allowed inside the festival without purchasing a replacement.
CAMPING
- Camping passes are sold per CAMPSITE (not per person**)
- GA Car Camping
- One Car Camping pass is valid for each vehicle and all attendees within that camping space.
- All attendees arriving in the same vehicle must have their respective wristband(s) on and ready to be scanned.
- You must have at least one tent at your GA Car Campsite ~ meaning you shouldn’t only have your car and are discouraged from sleeping in your vehicle.
- RV Camping (no hookup & hookup):
- One RV Camping pass is valid for one recreational vehicle and all attendees within that space
- RV Camping does not include space for, nor a parking pass for an accompanying vehicle
- Any additional vehicles will either need a GA Car Camping pass to be in the campgrounds or an Overnight Weekend South Lot Parking Pass
- RV Camping does not include space for, nor a parking pass for an accompanying vehicle
- All attendees arriving in the same vehicle must have their respective wristband(s) on and ready to be scanned.
- One RV Camping pass is valid for one recreational vehicle and all attendees within that space
- All specialty campsites have a specified number of campers permitted per pass
- Each speciality campsite requires a corresponding wristband to be worn in order to access that campground (these are included when you purchase the camping pass)
- Forest Camping pass is for the Tent-Only Forest Campsite
- An Early Entry wristband is also needed if arriving before Friday
- If you wish to camp near others, coordinate plans to arrive together
- Camping spaces are filled upon arrival
- Saving spots is prohibited
- Pedestrian re-entry is permitted
GLAMPING
- Glamping packages are sold per Tent / per Glampsite in 2-person or 4-person options
- If you have 3 people in your party, opt for the 4-person Glamping package
- If you have 5 people in your party, two (2) Glamping packages are needed
- Glamping includes Early Entry starting on Tuesday at 7pm ~ no separate Early Entry pass required per Glamper
- Glamping includes 1 vehicle parking pass. If you have additional vehicles a South Lot parking pass will need to be purchased.
- You can Glamp next to a friend or another party within your Glamping location (North, South, Village)
- Coordinate arrival details with the Glamping Concierge closer to the event
- Familiarize yourself with each Glamping location before purchasing the desired package
- Glamping locations cannot be changed once purchased
- A mix or combo of Queen, Twin, and Cot bedding options within the same Glamping tent/package are not possible ~ only the options presented on the purchase page are available

PARKING / SHUTTLES
- Shuttles from Day Parking / Weekend Overnight Parking are complimentary and run continuously Tuesday at 7pm through Monday morning
- There are no camping ‘loading zones’ but you can bring any camping gear and equipment on the shuttle to shorten your distance to your campsite (wagons encouraged!)
REFUNDS / ORDER CHANGES
- Items can not be refunded or changed within an order on a payment plan
- Orders cannot be changed to a payment plan if purchased outright in-full
- All sales are final, regardless of payment plan or paid-in-full
